She doesn't withdraw her hand, and instead just keeps watching him, her brow knitting slightly with what almost appears to be sympathy.
"What matters is you're here," she replies, maintaining her little smile, "it's good to see you safe. Lethallin." It pleases her to hear him speak elvhen; though he may never return to the life, that's not her concern anymore. Neither will she.
There's a soft sigh, and he smiles faintly down to her. "You're sweet as I remember you, Sina."
Maybe Thedas just doesn't deserve her. That wouldn't be surprising, seeing as much terrible there is in the world. It's harder to remember the good sometimes. Though they didn't interact much, Fate can't forget what she'd done to assist him with his clan. That's enough to put her in a fair light for him.
Her smile remains, but Sina blinks slowly-- she's never really known what to do with compliments, but even moreso now. Putting them to use is... well, what does it matter if she's sweet? That won't solve anything, but... going down that road only leads to despair, and she has a visitor.
She shakes her head to his question, her expression kind enough nonetheless. She's always tired, and the biggest favor anyone can do for her is to let her sleep or help dull the pain.
Twisted Fate smiles crookedly, reaching out with his other hand to touch her forehead gently. "I'm not as good as Anders at this, but I'll give you what I can," he says, granting her as much healing magic he can part with.
"If you'd like, I'll tell you a story until you sleep again."
Healing magic does little for Sina these days, but what it can't actually heal it can at least quiet, and she finds herself awash with relief for which she is quite grateful. It shows in her smile as she rests back, sighs, and nods. Songs, stories; the most pleasant interactions are the ones where she can just listen and rest.
