[Pel approaches with a napkin wrapped around a bundle. She sits by Sina and unwraps the bundle, showing two hot rolls.]

Fresh from the kitchen. There's a new mission coming up. I want to talk to you about it.

[Sina is reclining with her back against a pillar, surrounded by seed packets that she's been sorting. Although she's in better health lately, she still gets tired much more quickly than she ever did before the shard.

When Pel approaches, she offers a smile and raises her head, taking a roll with a smile of thanks.] Oh?

[mythalenaste]

[She nudges Sina with her shoulder as she sits beside her.]

This one's a dwarven thaig, if you'll believe it. The last known location of scrying tools of ancient Arlathan. So we might need you ready to look up dwarven history as well, from the library.

[eolasemah]

[Sina nods, offering a smile, though it's a bit tired.]

Shall I join you on the crystals as well?

[mythalenaste]

That was the intent. If you would.

[eolasemah]

[Briefly, Sina looks as though she might say more. Then, having taken a breath as though to speak, she simply sighs it out into a melancholy smile. She looks down, and takes a bite of her roll.]

[mythalenaste]

[Pel watches her a moment, then nudges her with a shoulder. Clearly, something is wrong.]

Hey. You all right?

[eolasemah]

[Sina nods as she chews, though she doesn't seem to mean it. A few moments later, she looks up, meeting Pel's eyes.]

I'd just... like to see one of these places for myself. [Her melancholy smile returns.] Someday.

[mythalenaste]

[There's a long pause. After a moment of thought, Pel coughs.]

Well. It's the Deep Roads. There would be darkspawn. But...how do you feel? I mean, do you think you could do that?

[eolasemah]

[It's such a difficult question to answer, particularly when no one ever seems to agree with Sina on how she should be feeling.]

I don't know.

[She bites her lower lip.] So much could go wrong... [It's possible she's looking for an excuse to be talked into it, despite her reservations.]

[mythalenaste]

Like you being left in Skyhold for months on end, never to see any other part of the world? [Maybe for the rest of her life.]

[eolasemah]

[Caught in her negativity, Sina gives a weak laugh, and shrugs her shoulders. Pel has a point.]
Well... as long as we... provision for it, I suppose. [For the possibility of her sudden incapacitation or death.]

[mythalenaste]

Is that what you want?

[eolasemah]

[A pause, then a small, hopeful smile.]

...yes.

[mythalenaste]

Then that's what we'll do. Maybe if you're all right by the end of it, we can start taking you on other missions.
